These Terms of Service govern the acquisition and utilization of the Pest-Shield Tag distributed by RadPaws. By visiting our website or ordering products through our promotional routes, you agree to be bound by these provisions.

2. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Returns

We stand behind the botanical quality of the Pest-Shield Tag. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 90 calendar days of delivery subject to the following merchant criteria:

• Return authorizations must be requested through customer support by contacting 1-888-852-0196 or support@radpaws.com within 90 days of receipt.
• Refunds apply to the net purchase price of the returned product items. Standard shipping and handling fees ($8.99) are non-refundable ("less S&H").
• Customers are responsible for return postal carriage back to our domestic fulfillment facility.

3. Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

Orders are dispatched from domestic United States fulfillment warehouses. Standard flat-rate shipping is $8.99 per order. This specific promotional route is strictly valid for delivery addresses within the United States.

4. Botanical Product Disclaimer

The Pest-Shield Tag is an external botanical repellent accessory that slowly diffuses natural plant oils (peppermint, chamomile, citronella) to create an olfactory barrier against common biting pests. It is not an ingestible pharmaceutical or veterinary medication. It is not intended to treat, cure, or diagnose any veterinary condition. Individual results may vary based on environmental pest concentration, pet coat density, and geographic seasonality.
